Obama and his supporters claimed he was for moderate positions but his first pick for the Supreme Court is a radical liberal that does not follow the Constitution. In Sotomayor’s own words, she said she makes up the law as a judge. She said at a Duke University forum, “All of the legal defense funds out there, they’re looking for people with court of appeals experience” because “the court of appeals is where policy is made.” On the Second Amendment gun ownership rights she doesn’t defend the Constitutional right, Sotomayor said, “if your state or city bans all guns the way Washington, D.C. did, that’s okay under the Constitution.”
This nomination is about the Constitution and not about politics. Either you’re for the U.S., the Constitution, and law, or you are for a radical political agenda for the courts and this radical liberal nominee.
